Participate in the Poster Session- Each participating resident/fellow/post-doc/graduate student must have a poster for the poster session. We welcome posters from participating faculty.
- Standard poster space is 4'x 4' - If your poster is "oversized" please notify us; we
will do our best to accommodate all requests. - To submit your poster (title and abstract): please email your submission to Jaimie Sullivan (sullivanjl@upmc.edu).
- Reminder: Be sure to include title, authors and abstract (NTE 1,500 characters!).
- Please note on the submission the recommended category: medical devices, tissue engineering, cellular therapy, or computation and modeling.
- Format: 12 point, Times Roman…..and not to exceed 1 page!
If you are required to have a poster…Abstracts MUST BE RECEIVED before February 15th or your retreat registration will be given to someone on the waiting list.
