Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix, AZ – A special conference rate of $199 is secured for symposium guests for the nights of 2/14/07, 2/15/07, and 2/16/07 based on availability. Cut-Off Date
The cut-off date for hotel reservations is January 16, 2008, subject to availability.

Check-in and Check-out
The hotel's check-in time is 4:00 PM; check-out time is 12:00 PM. Any guest arriving before 4:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Hotel's Guest Services Department can arrange baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for quests attending functions on departure day.

Transportation
Transportation from Airport to Tapatio Cliffs – Airport Phone Board
Look for the Courtesy Phone Board Center located in the baggage claim area of each terminal. Dial "34" for the Pointe Hilton Resorts. When the dispatcher answers, let them know the airline you have arrived on, which group you are with, and that you are going to The Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort.

We recommend that you use the phone board after gathering your luggage, expecting a 15-30 minute wait.
